C-Series

Geared towards processes requiring low skin temperatures as well as processes that require a minimum operating temperature (Sour gas, BTEX Destruction, etc.). The insulated stack design reduces heat loss and minimizes fuel/assist gas requirements. Due to it's stainless steel construction, these units are well suited to handle acidic or corrosive gas streams as well.

C-Series Features
  • Heat Inputs from 0.25 MMbtu/hr to 8.5 MMbtu/hr (6 – 200 mscfd [0.17 – 5.6 e3m3/d] methane equivalent flow rate)

  • Lightweight easy installation

  • Free-standing concrete base

  • Insulated stack

  • Elevated base section

    • low ground-level heat radiation;

    • free passage for potentially flammable debris

  • Accepts inlet pressures from 0.5 oz/in2 and up

  • Integrated ‘slug catcher’ liquid knockout captures free liquids and liquid slugs

  • High-level liquid indication

  • Temperature monitoring and shutdown

  • Low cost

  • Close Spacing Eligible

  • Arrested air intakes

Options
  • Fuel gas-assist package with code-compliant fuel train

  • Temperature control

  • High liquid level switch

  • Liquid level sight

Our most economical option, these robust units get the job done at a low capital cost. Cost reductions have been considered in every avenue from material and build efficiency, to shipping and installation efficiency. Typical applications include casing gas, tank vapors, instrument vents, landfill gas, and bio-digester gas. These units employ a unique air intake design that actively cools the stack shell and preheats combustion air for smokeless, trouble-free operation.

E-Series Features
  • Heat inputs from 0.25 MMbtu/hr to 30 MMbtu/hr (6 – 700 mscfd [0.17 – 20 e3m3/d] methane equivalent flow rate)

  • Extremely Economical

  • Completely enclosed process at ground level (no breaches) ensures a high degree of safety

  • Extremely easy and quick installation

  • Free-standing concrete base

  • Cool-To-Touch outer shell

  • Preheated combustion air prevents freezing, and cold shocking the burner eliminating liquid drop out and smoke

  • Easy internal access

  • Internal air intake arresting device

  • Accepts pressure from 0.5 oz/in2 and up

  • Close Spacing Eligible

  • Temperature Monitoring and Shutdown

  • Low ground-level heat radiation

  • Small shipping footprint

  • Corrosion-resistant, high temp coated stack

Options
  • Painted external shell

  • Smooth rolled steel outer shell

EF-Series

Designed for high-temperature operation (800˚C [1475F]) and maximum flow in an economical package, these units enclose the burner flame and reject large amounts of heat to ensure maximum flow throughput at the lowest possible exhaust temperature. These units are best suited to applications including casing gas, tank vapors, landfill gas, biodigester gas, and other problematic, stranded waste gas. Due to their stainless steel construction, these units are well suited to handle acidic or corrosive gas streams as well.

EF-Series Specs
